OUR OBJECTIVE:
The primary objective in forming PSC was to fill a need rising out of the trend in assessment administration for customization and property tax reform. Recognizing this need, PSC has concentrated on developing qualified appraisal resources required to tailor the design and implementation of quality products and services to local government in the State of Indiana. Associates of PSC have been active in management and appraisal of all classes of property throughout the State of Indiana and Ohio.
